Overall a very lovely stay as on vacation. Everything was perfect here - outstandingly accommodating staff and functional rooms. Incredible and stunning location not too far from an ancient roman amphitheatre.

Room was lovely, bed was comfortable. Self service breakfast was good and staff were very helpful. Only criticism was there was no safe in the room and we had to leave valuables at reception for the staff to lock in their safe.

Place was homey and fancy, really enjoyed the stay.
We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, but everything was really perfect. Met extremely helpful and patient staff who was there on the arrival day and the day after DIDN'T KNOW about our CONFIRMED REQUEST, the suite had all necessary amenities.

Magnificent and comfortable position, we enjoyed staying here.
Had a real good stay with my family members, we spent 3 nights here, everything was really perfect. Quiet atmosphere, the staff was reasonably good, I had a smooth check-in. It was really perfectly clean and wonderful hotel, recommend.

The restaurant was great for dinner here, I had WARM dishes. Great and fantastic location close to a main station, that was handy. I had coffee at Gran Caffe Feliziani, located within 5 minutes walk.
